As a Senior Executive in People Operations, you will be part in transforming the People Operations function by driving strategic workforce initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. Committed to optimizing employee experience and operational efficiency across all levels of the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee grievances and workplace conflict resolution
- Support investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary matters
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and union agreements
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and outcomes
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to implement corrective actions
- Support internal investigations and recommend resolutions in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Monitor employee morale and workplace dynamics; propose proactive engagement initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and reports for labor audits, hearings, and compliance inspections.
- Accurate recording and maintaining of all administrative cases files and NLRC cases documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Track the effectiveness of engagement strategies and propose data-driven enhancements.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and reinforcing positive employee experiences.
Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
Employee Movement
- Responsible for documenting and coordinating internal employee movements such as promotions, lateral transfers, reassignments, and role changes.
- Ensures accurate tracking of workforce changes and updates HR systems to reflect organizational movements.
- Accurate monitoring of employees due for 3rd and 5th month evaluation.
HR Communications
- Draft, and distribute official HR communications such as policy announcements, memos, event notices, and employee advisories.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of messaging with the company’s tone, culture, and HR standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of information across departments and locations.
- Maintain templates and communication records to support documentation and compliance requirements.
JOB COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a focus on employee relations, performance management, or engagement.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; experience in HRIS or performance platforms is an advantage.
- Discreet, professional, and capable of handling sensitive information.
- Experience in a large or multi-site organization (e.g., food, retail, manufacturing, BPO).
