Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Manager – Employee Relations & Engagement to lead strategies strengthening employee relations, engagement, and the overall people experience. We are looking for a Senior Manager – Employee Relations & Engagement to lead strategies that strengthen employee relations, engagement, and overall people experience. You will partner with business and HR leaders to manage complex employee concerns, drive engagement initiatives, ensure HR compliance, and foster a positive and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Relations and Engagement strategies and initiatives.

• Manage and provide guidance on complex employee relations cases, investigations, and grievances.

• Partner with leaders on employee concerns, workplace issues, and organizational changes.

• Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture, and workplace experience programs.

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.

• Partner with Legal and HR teams on labor-related matters and risk mitigation.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Employee Relations & Engagement team.

We're Looking For

• Strong HR leadership experience, preferably in the BPO/Contact Center industry.

• Extensive experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Employee Engagement.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.

• Proven experience handling complex and sensitive employee cases.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience partnering with senior leaders and leading HR teams.
