About the role
The HR Officer (Employee Relations) will oversee the daily operations of HRD in providing core HR services to the different departments and members. This position will oversee initiatives and services related to member relations and identified areas of organizational development to foster positive organizational culture, drive member engagement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
Serve as point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, company guidelines, employee programs and engagement concerns
Conduct employee satisfaction monitoring, exit interviews and other mechanisms to check employee morale and satisfaction levels
Oversee effective partnership with HMO provider and serve as point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
Implement disciplinary policies and procedures aligned with the company's code of discipline
Conduct proper investigation on misconduct reports and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions
Counsel Managers on disciplinary issues and provide guidance in handling difficult employee issues
Ensure fair and consistent application of disciplinary measures across the organization
Manage and organize corporate events for increased employee engagement and improved working environment
Work with HR Manager on the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assist in activities related to Performance Management System such as monitoring, feedback, recording and consolidating performance results
About you
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Knowledgeable and strong background in HR functions (Employee/Labor Relations, Performance Management System, Recruitment)
Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws and HR Best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, dynamic and can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
Strong ethics and reliability
