Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations, ensure compliant practices, and advise management on policy.
You will handle grievances, investigations, and confidential records, collaborating with recruitment, training and payroll to keep HR operations smooth. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience, strong EI, and excellent communication.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programmed that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Handle employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary matters fairly, impartially and confidentially, following established company policies and legal requirements
Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts, misconduct or disputes and provide recommendations for resolution
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on employment-related matters and HR policies
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies across all HR functions
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
Collaborate with other HR functions including recruitment, training and payroll to ensure seamless HR operations
Provide support during organizational changes, redundancies or restructuring processes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in employee relations, HR administration or a similar HR function
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, labor laws and workplace regulations applicable in the Philippines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Ability to remain impartial and objective when handling disputes or grievances
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy when dealing with employee concerns
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and mediation
