Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies seeks an experienced HR professional to develop and implement employee relations strategies, handle grievances, and drive engagement across the organization. You will conduct surveys, provide guidance to management, and facilitate leadership development programs to strengthen people management capabilities.

The role is based in a modern office with some remote work flexibility, requiring 3–5 years in HR and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
