Job summary

H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a people-oriented Employee Relations Associate eager to learn and help create a positive employee experience in our HR team.

The role focuses on check-ins, wellness monitoring, engagement activities, and supporting employee relations tasks. Responsibilities include handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases, attendance monitoring, performance appraisals, HR reporting, and contract coordination.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and handle employee relations tasks.
• Be organized and detail-oriented in HR processes.
• Experience in Employee Relations is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee check-ins, wellness monitoring, and engagement activities.

• Monitor attendance and support basic HR documentation.
