Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft acceptance/designation letters, conduct monthly performance evaluations, produce final assessments, and prepare contracts (Contractual, Probationary, Regular).
• Issue and serve memorandums, reprimand correspondence, and termination contracts; resolve employee conflicts and handle complaints/grievances.
• Oversee the resignation process.
• Maintain and update hard-copy and soft-copy records/databases, with manual backups.
• Manage inquiries, update Google Sheets portals, and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Job Purpose

Promote employee welfare, health, and well-being while resolving human relations, labor relations, and work-related issues. The role involves advising employees on company and government compliance, conducting interviews to address factors affecting morale and productivity, and collaborating with management on appropriate actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle & Contracting: Draft acceptance/designation letters, conduct monthly performance evaluations, produce final assessment evaluations, and prepare contracts (Contractual, Probationary, and Regular).
• Employee Relations & Discipline: Issue and serve memorandums, reprimand correspondence, and termination contracts; resolve employee conflicts and handle complaints/grievances.
• Separation Management: Oversee the resignation process.
• Records & Database Management: Maintain and update both hard-copy files and soft-copy records/databases, ensuring manual backups exist.
• Reporting & Administration: Manage inquiries, update Google Sheets portals consistently, and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Minimum Qualification Guidelines

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in employee/labor relations, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Key Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
