Job summary

Toyota Financial Services Philippines is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage employee relations and ensure HR compliance. The role involves investigating complaints, guiding managers on performance and discipline, and upholding a respectful, inclusive workplace.

The candidate will also develop policies and monitor legal changes to maintain policy integrity across the organization. Required is a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years of experience in employee relations

• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace behavior.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness across the organization.
• Develop and implement feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in labor legislation and update HR policies accordingly.
• Maintain and audit HR records to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
• Support internal and external audits related to HR practices.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, and workplace conduct.
• Conduct audits of HR practices to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Communicate policy changes effectively to all team members.
• Ensure consistent application of policies across departments.
