Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and administer the companys employee relations programs, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Handle disciplinary cases from start to finish, including issuance of Notices to Explain (NTE), conducting administrative hearings, and preparing Notices of Decision (NOD)
- Investigate employee concerns, complaints, and misconduct cases in a fair, timely, and objective manner
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on proper disciplinary actions and due process
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and due process requirements
- Maintain and update employee records related to infractions, sanctions, and case resolutions
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management
- Monitor trends in employee behavior and recommend preventive measures or policy improvements.
- Conduct orientation and training on company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures
- Prepare reports related to employee relations cases, incidents, and resolutions
- Coordinate with Legal or external parties when necessary for serious or escalated cases
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and respect in the workplace.
