Job summary

TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES PHILIPPINES is seeking an HR Compliance and Employee Relations professional to serve as a trusted contact for staff concerns and to guide managers on performance management and workplace conduct.

The role involves conducting confidential investigations, monitoring labor law changes, updating policies, training on compliance topics, and supporting audits across HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Related certification or further studies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Support internal and external audits related to HR practices.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, and workplace conduct.
• Conduct audits of HR practices to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
