We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist to support our Human Resources team, with primary responsibility for Employee Relations (ER) and Employee Engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee concerns are addressed fairly and promptly, and driving programs that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
Conduct investigations and prepare related documentation and reports.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Maintain employee relations records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
Plan, coordinate, and implement employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Assist in developing initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, recognition, and retention.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation programs.
Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives.
Participate in performance management activities and employee development programs.
Assist in policy review and implementation.
Generate HR reports and maintain employee records.
Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience handling administrative and disciplinary cases.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
