Qualifications

• Japanese language fluency is essential (spoken and written).
• Experience as a server or front-of-house in a restaurant or upscale dining setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak times.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple tables.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
