Qualifications

• Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a Japanese restaurant.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and basic food preparation techniques is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Willing to be assigned to any of our Japanese restaurant locations in Taguig, Makati, Pasay, or Quezon City.
