Job summary

RELX plc in Manila invites an experienced Inside Sales/Account Management professional to manage a portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts and drive renewals, quotes, and upsell opportunities. You will engage customers through phone, email and virtual channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain Salesforce records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in inside sales or account management, with strong communication skills and a consultative selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales/Account Management handling existing portfolio.
• Experience in a corporate/B2B sales environment with consultative selling.
• Effective communication across global locations and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an assigned portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts.
• Engage customers via phone, email and virtual channels to understand requirements.
• Support retention and account growth through renewals, quotes, upsell/cross-sell, and referrals.
• Follow up on customer requests and renewals through to closure with updates.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating internal support and confirming resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, finance and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce including accounts, contacts and activities.
• Provide sales administration support including quotes and contract documentation.
• Support product access and service enablement for Elsevier Healthcare Education products.
• Prepare reports and trackers to support pipeline visibility.
• Develop knowledge of Elsevier Healthcare Education product suite to respond to queries.
