Relx Plc in Manila is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts and build strong relationships with key decision makers. You will engage customers through phone, email and virtual channels to understand requirements, verify user experience and identify opportunities to add value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree holder in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling an existing customer portfolio.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to influence across global locations.
• Experience in a corporate/B2B sales environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers.
• Engage customers via phone, email and virtual channels to understand requirements and identify value.
• Support retention and account growth through renewals, quotes and upsell/cross-sell opportunities; refer qualified leads.
• Follow up on requests and opportunities through to closure; keep stakeholders updated at each stage.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating internal support and confirming resolutions with the customer.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, finance and other teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity and activity records in Salesforce.
• Provide sales administration support: quotes, orders and contracts; adhere to processes.
• Support product access and service enablement for Elsevier Healthcare Education products.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and records to support pipeline visibility and renewal tracking.
• Develop knowledge of the Elsevier Healthcare Education product suite to respond to queries and demonstrate value.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
