Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to faculty emails and requests in a queue-based system.
• Coordinate scheduling virtual meetings for Customer Success Managers.
• Assist with initiatives, tasks, and update internal product/process documentation.
• Monitor product usage to identify intervention opportunities and churn risks.
• Serve as product expert and update training materials and resources.
