Disprz is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead enterprise-level sales in the Philippines for the LMS/LXP solutions. The role focuses on expanding mid-market accounts (500-2500 employees) and managing relationships with HR leaders.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in enterprise-mid-market sales within HR tech or SaaS, with fluency in English and Filipino, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. A strong network in PH is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of enterprise-level/ mid-market sales experience in HR tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for Disprz LMS/LXP offerings in the Philippines market.
• Build and maintain relationships with CHROs and HR leaders to drive new business and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and renewals with customers, ensuring favourable terms.
• Forecast sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Outbound, Marketing and Partnership teams to drive revenue growth.
• Expand mid-market accounts and secure partnerships in the Philippine market.
• Stay up-to-date on LMS-LXP and SaaS HR tech trends and customer needs.
• Demonstrate Disprz LMS-LXP offerings to customers alongside the pre-sales team as needed.
