Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college; no back subjects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in outbound calls.
• Skilled in professional business email correspondence.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and sales operations.
• Background in sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Experience in account management.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound sales contact and pursues sales leads to develop buying customers.
• Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains records and completes documentation.
• Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records prospecting activity in CRM.
• May have an assigned product line overlapping territories.
• May have a sales quota and a target earnings bonus or incentive opportunity.
