Job summary

RELX in Manila seeks an Inside Sales/Account Management professional to manage an assigned portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts. You will build relationships with decision makers, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

You will handle quotes, orders, and contract documentation, maintain Salesforce data hygiene, and support product access and entitlement for Elsevier Healthcare Education products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 2+ years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling existing customer portfolio.
• Strong communication and listening skills with ability to influence across global locations.
• Experience in corporate/B2B sales environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Private Sector Education accounts and build relationships with decision makers.
• Proactively engage customers via phone, email and virtual channels to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Support renewals, quotes, upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and refer qualified leads to the account team.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, finance and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and support sales administration tasks.
