PeoplePartners BPO Inc. is seeking a Learning Account Manager in Manila to service existing customers, promote our services, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on nurturing relationships, processing trainee applications, and coordinating with the Australia-based operations to deliver a high-end service experience. The position requires a strong background in sales/account management, exceptional communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.
• Mature and professional outlook in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales / account management.
• High level of interpersonal, communication and organisational skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of management, staff and external parties.
• Excel in multi-tasking, decision making and people handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prosecuting transactional or repeat sales from existing customers, including new Trainees/Apprentices.
• Nurturing existing customers and keeping them informed of developments impacting Trainees and incentives.
• Processing Expression of Interest forms for new potential Trainees & Apprentices.
• Managing SRTO notifications and ensuring seamless transitions to the training team.
• Completing ETES forms for schools on request.
• Escalating problems to Customer Care for prompt, appropriate resolution.
• Promoting Recruitment services and passing vacancy forms to the Recruitment team.
