Job summary

TDCX Philippines invites candidates with at least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO environment to join our Ortigas team. You’ll handle chat-based and voice inquiries, stay updated on our ecommerce products, and ensure timely resolution of issues with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should type at least 40 words per minute, possess excellent English skills, and be open to rotating shifts for a dynamic workload in Pasig City Ortigas Center.

Qualifications

• Chat support experience preferred
• Strong English verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 ecommerce-related inquiries per SOPs
• Stay informed on product/service standards
• Check order and logistics status; resolve issues
• Meet turnaround times and quality standards
• Escalate to supervisor as needed
• Adapt to peak call volumes during promotions
• Complete required trainings
