Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a customer service professional to support e-commerce inquiries from Ortigas Center, Pasig. You will handle L1 issues, review orders, and escalate as needed in rotating shifts. Strong English and typing speed are required, with at least 6 months of BPO experience.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• At least 6 months customer service experience in a BPO.
• Chat support experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.
• Based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preliminary investigations and resolves L1 e-commerce customer inquiries per SOPs.
• Remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/creators and check orders.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to immediate supervisor following proper escalation procedures.
• Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
• Complete and pass all required basic product related trainings.
