Job summary

TDCX Philippines is hiring for a customer service role based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You will handle chat and voice inquiries, aim to resolve issues per SOPs, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of leading e-commerce products and services.

The role requires strong English communication, at least 6 months of BPO experience, and a typing speed of 40 wpm. You will work in rotating shifts and contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience in a BPO setting.
• Chat support experience is highly preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preliminary investigations and resolves Level One e-commerce customer inquiries per SOPs.
• Remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/creators, including order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to supervisor following proper procedures.
• Handle peak contact volumes during promotions.
• Complete and pass required trainings.
