Job summary

TDCX is seeking a customer service specialist in Ortigas Center, Pasig to support e-commerce inquiries and resolve issues per SOPs. You will stay informed about core products and provide timely responses to buyers, sellers, and creators.

Requirements include at least 6 months in a BPO set-up, chat support experience, a minimum 40 WPM typing speed, and excellent English communication. Rotating shifts and a path for growth are available.

Qualifications

• College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO customer service experience.
• Chat support experience is highly preferred and useful.
• Able to type at least 40 words per minute with clear English
• Willing to work in rotating shifts at Ortigas Center, Pasig

Responsibilities

• Handles preliminary investigations and resolves simple e-commerce inquiries per SOPs.
• Keeps knowledgeable about leading E-commerce products and services.
• Investigates and resolves issues reported by buyers/sellers/creators.
• Reviews reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalates issues to supervisor following proper procedures.
