Zusammenfassung

TDCX is hiring for a customer service role based in Ortigas Center, Pasig. You will handle preliminary investigations and resolve Level 1 e-commerce inquiries, while staying current on product standards and services.

You should have at least 6 months of BPO experience, strong English skills, and be able to type 40 wpm. Flexible shifts and a path for growth are provided in a collaborative, global company environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• Chat support experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conducts preliminary investigations and resolves Level 1 e-commerce customer inquiries per SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge about leading e-commerce products and services.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/creators such as order/logistics status.
• Review issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to supervisor following proper procedures.
• Handle peak contact volumes during promotions.
• Complete and pass required basic product trainings.
