Job summary

TDCX Philippines is hiring for a travel/airline support role in Ortigas Center, Pasig. Join a global company and assist partner brands with reservations, ticketing, and customer service across phone, chat, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• At least 12 months travel or airline experience in a BPO setting, with hands-on ticketing and reservations.
• At least 6 months omnichannel experience (voice/email/chat).
• Preferably with GDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone-in/chat enquiries of current and prospective members.
• Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets, and changes to schedules.
• Maintain member accounts with profile updates.
• Send program-related collaterals and forms.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics.
• Manage feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members’ issues.
• Involve in ad-hoc projects.
• Meet daily KPI requirement.
