TDCX Philippines in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, is looking for a motivated customer service professional to handle basic ecommerce inquiries and resolve simple order/logistics issues. You will work in a fast-paced team and support buyers, sellers, and creators per SOPs.

Excellent English communication, a 40 wpm typing speed, and willingness to rotate shifts are essential. The role offers training, mentorship, and growth within a global company recognized with industry awards.

Formación

• College graduate with strong written and verbal English.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO.
• Chat support experience highly preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Able to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City and rotate shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts preliminary investigations and resolves L1 ecommerce customer inquiries per SOPs.
• Remain knowledgeable about leading ecommerce products and services standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/creators such as order/logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to immediate supervisor following escalation procedures.
• Cope with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
• Complete and pass all required basic product trainings.
