Job summary

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to manage timely and accurate processing of e-commerce orders across marketplaces and owned channels.

You will prioritize urgent orders and ensure synchronization of sales orders via the PayRecon system before fulfillment. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, validating stock accuracy between physical and system records, and coordinating with Warehouse and Inventory teams to resolve variances.

Qualifications

• Ability to process returns and coordinate with warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill e-commerce orders accurately and on time across marketplaces and owned channels.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for priority SKUs.
• Process cancellations, failed deliveries, returns, and replacements with proper disposition.
• Conduct daily inventory audits and resolve variances with Warehouse and Inventory teams.

Responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of e-commerce orders across all online marketplaces and owned channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

• Prioritize same-day, campaign, and urgent orders to ensure marketplace SLA compliance.
• Validate and reconcile Actual Sales Orders (SO) against Auto Sales Orders (SO) generated through the PayRecon system to ensure order completeness, accuracy, and successful synchronization prior to fulfillment.

Inventory Management and Stock Availability

• Monitor inventory levels of fast-moving and priority SKUs and proactively elevate replenishment requirements.
• Validate inventory accuracy between physical stocks and system inventory.

Returns and Cancellation Management

• Process order cancellations, failed deliveries, returns, and replacement requests.
• Inspect returned products and ensure proper disposition in coordination with Warehouse and IM.

Coordination and Communication

• Conduct daily inventory audits and fulfillment quality checks.
• Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions with Warehouse and Inventory Team.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, etc. At least one (1) year of relevant experience
• Experience managing online orders, and ability to adhere SLA on order fulfillment.

Area of Assignment: Bagbaguin, Caloocan

Successful applicant will be undergoing training to the company's headquarters at Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Mandaluyong City prior to deployment to Caloocan City.
