Job summary

Santeh Feeds Corporation is seeking a Sales Order Fulfillment Assistant to support efficient processing, preparation, and fulfillment of E-Commerce and General Trade orders. The role interfaces with Sales, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The position emphasizes hands-on warehouse tasks, inventory monitoring, and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods to handle high order volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Logistics, Supply Management or any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, or related functions.
• Experience in FMCG, pet food, retail, or E-Commerce fulfillment is highly preferred.
• Experience handling E-Commerce and General Trade orders is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Strong leadership and people coordination skills, with the ability to guide and support warehouse staff.
• Willing to perform physical and hands‑on warehouse tasks.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons or periods of high order volume.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications; experience with inventory or order management systems is an advantage.
• Preferably based in Marikina or nearby areas.
