You will handle day-to-day marketplace tasks, monitor stock, assist with order tracking, and provide responsive customer support to drive sales across platforms.

• Help monitor sales performance and marketplace activity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and promotions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and elevate issues when necessary.
• Assist with order monitoring and fulfillment coordination.
• Maintain organized product and operational documentation.
• Support basic reporting for sales, promotions, and platform performance.
