Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely picking, packing, and processing of eCommerce orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to support efficient fulfillment operations.
• Track order status and coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Associates to facilitate seamless and timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Address and coordinate the resolution of order, inventory, and delivery-related concerns to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Responsible for supporting and maintaining efficient eCommerce fulfillment operations by ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, order tracking, and delivery coordination. The role works closely with eCommerce Associates and delivery partners to ensure timely and seamless fulfillment of customer orders.
