The E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor is accountable for maintaining high fulfillment accuracy, SLA compliance, system integration integrity, and customer return performance across all online platforms. This role ensures operational reliability, protects customer experience standards, and continuously improves e-commerce fulfillment processes as the business scales.
