Concentrix Philippines is repositioning from a traditional contact center operator into an integrated business solutions provider, moving up the value chain to compete for the same tech- and AI-centered transformation mandates that Accenture, Deloitte, and NTT pursue. The New Logo Seller is a front-line driver of that shift: someone who can walk into a net-new account and sell an AI-powered, technology-enabled CX and business-process transformation, not just seats or headcount, backed by deep operational contact center expertise as a differentiator competitors on either side can't match.
This is a hunting role. Success means opening net-new PH domestic accounts, winning them against both global consultancies and direct-to-client software vendors, and converting formal RFP/RFI procurement processes into signed, revenue-generating logos.
Role Summary
The New Logo Seller owns net-new logo acquisition for Concentrix's PH domestic business. You will identify, qualify, and win first-time clients, enterprises and government agencies undergoing digital and CX transformation, by architecting deals that combine Concentrix's technology partner ecosystem (Zendesk, NICE CXone/Cognigy, Qualtrics, Databricks, Kore.AI, Meltwater, and others) with Concentrix's own AI assets (ixHero, ELLIE) and its Assess-Define-Transform delivery methodology.
You'll run the full net-new sales motion end to end: prospecting and account targeting, RFP/RFI response, solution positioning against competitive vendor shootouts, commercial/TCV modeling, negotiation, and close, then hand off a well-scoped account to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and personally carry a pipeline of net-new logo opportunities across PH domestic sectors, including BFSI, government/GOCCs, healthcare, telco, utilities/energy, aviation and logistics, education, and retail.
- Lead net-new deals through the full sales cycle with stage discipline, from Lead/Qualification through RFP/RFI, Proposal, and Negotiation/Closing to Won, with accurate, weekly-updated pipeline data (stage, TCV, next step, confidence).
- Win competitive RFP/RFI processes and vendor shootouts against both global SI/consultancies (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, NTT) and direct conversational-AI/CX software vendors.
- Architect integrated solutions that combine Concentrix's technology partner stack with its own AI capabilities and CX operational delivery track record, working closely with pre-sales/solution architects to keep proposals differentiated and deliverable.
- Build and defend commercial models and TCV/pricing proposals for net-new opportunities, in local currency and USD.
- Develop and multi-thread relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIO/CTO, COO, and Head of Digital/CX equivalents, from first contact through executive sponsorship.
- Navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder government and enterprise procurement processes, including formal bid submissions, technical evaluations, and BAFO/commercial negotiation rounds.
- Partner with marketing/demand generation on account-based targeting against a defined new-logo target list, and represent Concentrix at industry events, roundtables, and partner-hosted forums.
- Hand off signed accounts cleanly to delivery and account management, with a scoped SOW and clear success criteria.
What Success Looks Like
- Net-new logo bookings (TCV) against an annual target, with a healthy mix of new-logo wins across the first 12 months.
- A qualified pipeline maintained at a defined coverage ratio against target, updated on a weekly cadence with accurate stage, confidence, and next-step data.
- A win rate on contested RFP/RFI processes that consistently outperforms the book-wide baseline.
- Deal cycle time that reflects disciplined progression through each stage, with no opportunities stalling for months without a next step.
- A track record of multi-threaded accounts, not single-threaded through one buyer, by the time a deal reaches Negotiation/Closing.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8-12 years of B2B Enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated, verifiable track record of personally hunting and closing net-new logo accounts of significant size.
- Experience selling into formal RFP/RFI-driven procurement processes, ideally including Philippine government/GOCC procurement.
- Comfort building and defending commercial/TCV models and pricing proposals, and negotiating multi-year, multi-stakeholder contracts.
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills, able to engage CIO/CTO, COO, and Head of Digital/CX-level stakeholders credibly.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-stage, multi-month sales cycle with rigorous pipeline discipline.
- Based in or able to work from Metro Manila, with willingness to travel domestically for client meetings.
- An existing network of enterprise IT, CX, or Operations decision-makers within the Philippine market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CX, CRM, or AI/automation platforms such as Zendesk, NICE CXone/Cognigy, Qualtrics, Kore.AI, or Databricks.
- Prior exposure to BPO, contact center, or CX-adjacent selling is helpful but not required; strong enterprise/tech sellers from adjacent industries (SaaS, systems integration, cloud) are welcome to apply.
- An existing network of enterprise IT, CX, or Operations decision-makers within the Philippine market.
- Experience competing against, and winning against, global consultancies (Accenture, Deloitte, NTT) or direct AI/CX software vendors in competitive deals.
