Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a high-impact New Logo Seller to drive net-new logo acquisitions within the PH domestic market. You will architect deals that blend Concentrix’s AI assets and partner ecosystem with its delivery capability, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will build multi-threaded relationships with senior client stakeholders, navigate government/government procurement cycles, and represent Concentrix at industry events.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of B2B enterprise sales hunting and closing net-new logos.
• Experience selling into formal RFP/RFI procurement, including government/government-owned entities.
• Ability to build and defend commercial/TCV models and multi-year contracts.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement with CIO/CTO, COO, and Digital/CX leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and carry a pipeline of net-new logo opportunities across PH sectors.
• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing with weekly pipeline updates.
• Win competitive RFP/RFI processes against global consultancies and software vendors.
• Architect integrated solutions combining partner tech with Concentrix AI assets and delivery model.
