Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate).
Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing role.
Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
Basic technical proficiency (CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
Proficiency in problem solving.
Manpower backfill/Replacement.

Responsibilities

Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
Attends to sales and service needs of customers
Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
