• Backfill/Replacement experience or readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers’ journey via face to face digital user assistance or education.
• Attends to sales and service needs of customers.
• Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.
• Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
