Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and graduate status preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic technical proficiency with common business tools (CRM, POS, online platforms).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills; good problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers’ journey in using digital channels through face-to-face digital assistance or education.
• Attend to sales and service needs of customers.
• Approve and process sales and service applications in the system.
• Process payments for bills, purchases and other transactions.
