Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic technical proficiency with CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Manpower backfill/Replacement experience is a plus.
