Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a customer-facing professional to support customer journeys across digital channels with face-to-face guidance. You will drive sales and services, approving and processing applications in the system and handling payments for bills and purchases.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles, and comfort with CRM tools and POS systems. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willing to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic technical proficiency with CRM tools, POS systems or online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education.
• Attends to sales and service needs of customers.
• Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.
• Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
