Job summary

Primarily Non-Voice: 90% of tasks involve Chat and Email support. Virtual Process: From application to onboarding. Easy Account: Simplified workflows designed for efficiency and high success rates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and clarity.
• Basic computer skills and typing speed 30–35 WPM.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
• BPO experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels.
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues.
• Document customer interactions clearly in the system.
• Maintain high satisfaction ratings through professional written correspondence.
