Job summary

TREG Outsourcing is hiring for a On-site Customer Service role in Makati. You will primarily handle chat and email support, participating in a 90% non-voice workflow through a streamlined virtual recruitment process.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, providing product information, and documenting interactions with accuracy. Strong written English and BPO experience are valued, with flexibility for night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate required.
• Strong written English skills with clarity and grammar.
• Typing speed at least 30–35 WPM.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Previous BPO experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email channels.
• Provide accurate product information and assist with account issues.
• Document interactions clearly in the system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional written communication.
