Job summary

You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, provide product information, and document interactions clearly in our system while adapting to shifting schedules, including nights and weekends. Strong written English and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Strong written English with clear grammar.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 30–35 WPM.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
• BPO experience welcomed but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels.
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues.
• Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.
• Maintain high satisfaction ratings through professional written correspondence.

Skills

Strong written English
