Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI) is seeking a dynamic leader to drive dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding and strengthening its nationwide network in the Philippines.

You will promote growth by acquiring dealers, building strong relationships, and supporting onboarding and training to ensure dealer success. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree (or 2 years supervisory experience for undergraduates), direct selling or sales experience, and excellent analytical,

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder with ability to influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
