Qualifikationen

• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can work independently or in teams.
• Ability to adapt under pressure.

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
• Drive growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development for dealer success.
