Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven dealer recruitment specialist to grow our APAC-reaching network and empower entrepreneurs. You will help recruit, onboard, and support dealers, driving growth and retention across the network.

In this role, you will lead onboarding and training, track KPIs and sales targets, and build lasting, trust-based relationships with dealers. Join a growing, purpose-driven direct-selling leader in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience are eligible.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
• Drive growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
