Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a dynamic professional to recruit and onboard dealers, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth across the dealer network. You will deliver product and sales training, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding materials.

The role requires travel to branches such as Margosatubig, Ozamiz, and Maranding; a four-year degree or two years of college with supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, training, dealer recruitment, or similar work environment.
• Graduate of any four-year college degree, or at least two years of vocational or undergraduate studies.
• Note: candidates with two years of college must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new dealers to expand the network.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing dealers; address needs and inquiries.
• Provide comprehensive training on products, selling and collection techniques.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding materials and tools.
• Travel to branches Margosatubig, Ozamiz and Maranding as needed.
