You will drive growth by presenting opportunities, training new dealers, and ensuring high dealer satisfaction. Responsibilities include executing recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and ongoing coaching, monitoring performance, and delivering regular reports to optimize direct

Qualifications

Experience in direct selling, sales, training, or dealer recruitment.
Graduate of any four-year college degree, or two years of vocational/undergraduate study.
Two years of supervisory experience if two years of college are not complete.

Responsibilities

Dealer Recruitment: attract potential dealers through various channels and present opportunities.
Relationship Management: build and maintain strong dealer relationships and address needs.
Dealer Onboarding and Training: guide new dealers through onboarding and provide product training.
New Dealer Engagement: be the primary contact for new dealers and conduct refresher activities.
Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: analyze data to identify growth opportunities and support dealers.
Coaching and Training: coach existing dealers on progression and selling skills.
Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting: track KPIs and prepare recruitment/ sales reports.
