Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a dynamic professional to recruit, onboard, and support a growing network of dealers. You will drive recruitment strategies, nurture relationships, and deliver training to ensure dealers start strong and stay engaged.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, develop onboarding materials, and implement programs that boost loyalty and sales. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Graduation in a four-year college degree; supervisory experience preferred for some roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage, build rapport and influence others.
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze dealer data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers; address inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding materials and training resources.
• Coordinate engagement activities and training sessions for new dealers.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to optimize revenue and growth.
