Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to recruit and onboard dealers, expand and strengthen the network, and drive sales growth across the Philippines. You will nurture dealer relationships, provide onboarding and training, and monitor KPIs to meet targets.

The role requires a 4-year degree, with supervisory experience for undergraduates, and a proven background in direct selling or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.
