You will implement engagement activities, deliver product and selling training, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and support dealer success. The role emphasizes building trust, addressing dealer inquiries, and driving performance through tailored solutions and regular coaching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year college degree, or at least two years of vocational or undergraduate studies.
• Preferably with supervisory experience (2+ years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new dealers and expand the dealer network.
• Maintain relationships with existing dealers and drive loyalty and sales growth.
• Provide training and support on products and selling techniques.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide coaching to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding materials and processes.
